Dr. Newton's lecture on breast cancer screening aims to provide healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively communicate with patients about the benefits and risks of breast cancer screening, and to address common patient concerns related to radiation exposure and other factors.

In addition, Dr. Newton will discuss the risks associated with breast cancer screening, particularly those related to exposure to ionizing radiation from mammography and other imaging studies. She will provide guidance on how to communicate these risks to patients in a clear and understandable way, and how to help patients make informed decisions about their breast cancer screening options.
