Q: How do I get my certificate?

Complete the survey, then the attestation, for the lecture you finished. Your certificate is then ready to download and print.

Sign in at learn.effsystems.com and open My Purchased Courses.
Open the course and click the lecture you completed.
Below the lecture titles in the left-hand menu, open the Survey tab and submit it.
Then open the Attestation tab and submit it.

Your certificate is then ready to download and print, and the course shows as completed. The course will not show as completed until the survey is submitted. You also have the option to send your credit to CME Passport.
